DESCRIPTION:

The Tec-Stay™ Series of pre-applied fastener and component retainer products are highly engineered assembly and transport aids, designed to reduce time, labor, and streamline manufacturing operations. These products are applied directly to the fastener, washer, pin, bezel, rivet, clip or any number of different component configurations, and then cured in place.Formulas are available that adhere securely to any substrate or surface. Choices in grade and application technique produce a product that can be tuned to any desired texture, configuration, and performance.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

» Streamlines final assembly: Retain single or multiple parts into a sub-assembly to streamline final assembly.

» Holds parts in place: Where assembly position is not ideal, parts are held in place.

» Control inventory and increase efficiency: Match multiple parts to control inventory, increase efficiency, and eliminate possible confusion of parts that may appear similar.

» Unaffected by automotive fluids: Tec-Stay family of materials include grades that resist and seal against most automotive fluids. Oil, water, antifreeze, and gasoline leave Tec-Stay unaffected.

» Variety of colors and softness: Tec-Stay products are made in a variety of colors for easy part inspection (even custom colors). Different durometers and properties are available to fit the desired application. 

» High temperature and self-adhesive formulas: This series of pre-applied products includes grades that are specifically intended for use in high-temperature environments, or in applications where a tacky surface will assist in component positioning for final assembly.
